1. If I book my trip before my church is listed, will it qualify for the donation?
Certainly, just provide us with your church's name, address, telephone number, along with the name of your pastor or assistant pastor, and we will contact them to ensure your church is registered. Once your chuch has been made a part of the program, you simply add your vacation to the vacation registration form.
2. Can I register my church myself?
It is no longer required that a church must register before you can submit your vacation. Simply register your trip and provide us with the church name. We will make arrangements with the church directly.
3. Will purchase of an airline ticket qualify for a donation?
A ticket will only count if is purchased as a part of a vacation or cruise package.
4. Will my personal vacation qualify?
Yes, if you book a vacation or cruise package for yourself or your family, that package can be registered and a donation will be made. You can also register group trips as well, which usually requires a minimum of only 10 adults.
5. Will other members of my church have access to any vacation packages I register?
No, only the staff at Adventure Travel will have access to the details of your trip. This is done for security reasons. We will note you as a participant of the program and notify your church of your donation, unless you specify otherwise.
6. Is this program open to all churches?
Currently the program is only open to churches within the state of Alabama. As the program grows, we a hope to open the availability to other areas. If you are outside of the state and would like to discuss enrolling your church, please send us a message.
7. Why do you need my telephone number and email when I register my vacation?
This information is only needed to ensure that we retrieve the correct vacation information from our system and to ensure that your church receives full credit. We will not call you unless there is a problem and we will never give out your email address.
